The Venturer Program is a wilderness expedition developed by Best Job in the World winner Ben Southall and The Office of the Queensland Chief Entrepreneur.
The world-first program focuses on building emotional, mental and physical grit that are the hallmarks of successful entrepreneurs. The Venturer Program takes participants out of their comfort zone, away from mobile phone coverage and throws them together with other like-minded individuals who thrive on physical and mental challenges.
Zero connectivity - no emails, no phone just simple nature and awesome people to converse with". Stewart Glynn, Mission II
The next Venturer Program travels deep into Western Mongolia from 16-24 March 2019 with an international cohort (BNE - SFO - LON) of adventurous minds from the startup world, for an expedition like never before.
Far from the reach of digital technology, we’ll travel with the nomadic herders and eagle hunters on their migration, summit Mount Tsambagarav (4260m) deep the Altai Mountains, and expose you to a new way of thinking, that’ll help you re-evaluate your current challenges, learn more about the importance of flexibility, resilience and purpose and form deep connections with your new community.
Ben Southall, Adventurer-in-Residence at the Office of the Chief Entrepreneur, and the team from The Nomadic School of Business will take you on the adventure of a lifetime.
We’re recruiting from around the world for this very special expedition, with 20 places available to people involved in the Queensland startup community, both within the state and living/working overseas.
