Beginning a startup can be a challenge. Leanne Kemp is Queensland’s Chief Entrepreneur and knows all about the highs and lows of starting a business. A self-confessed “serial entrepreneur”, Leanne has experience starting up, scaling up and running successful companies globally. Her latest startup, Everledger, is now operating globally with offices in Australia, USA, UK, Israel and India with close to 100 employees.
The Office of the Queensland Chief Entrepreneur “Adopt-a-Chief” program is an opportunity for Queensland based startups (as defined in the Guidelines below) to leverage the practical knowledge and experience of Leanne Kemp. The successful startup will have the opportunity to have Leanne come to their place of business (wherever that is in Queensland) to spend the day brainstorming ideas, solving challenges, asking questions, receiving practical advice and planning the next steps for the business.
The first two rounds of the Adopt-a-Chief were hugely successful with She Maps and Sobah the first two startups in the program to benefit from dedicated time with the Chief Entrepreneur. Now is your chance to apply for the chance to spend a whole day planning and brainstorming with the Queensland Chief Entrepreneur. Applications are now closed.
